These Terms of Use apply to all services provided by Ore and Tar unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your service agreement

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals as requested
• Supplying all necessary materials, content, and information required for the project
• Ensuring that all materials provided do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Maintaining open and responsive communication throughout the project
• Making timely payments according to the agreed schedule

Delays caused by client non-responsiveness or failure to provide required materials may result in project timeline extensions and additional charges.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Zimbabwe. Ore and Tar and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Zimbabwe shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies.

Termination

These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the website. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION.

If we terminate or suspend your access for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party.
